We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with no damage.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return to our studio.

Refunds
Once we receive your package, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at entangledrootstudio@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the problem!

Size Exchanges

Made-to-order:

We are happy to exchange made-to-order pieces within 30 days of delivery. We ask our customers to pay the corresponding shipping fee for a free size exchange

One-Of-A-Kind: 

One-of-a-kind pieces are able to be exchanged within 30 days of delivery but are subject to a size-adjustment fee depending on the piece as well as shipping. Please reach out with any questions about your order and we'll be happy to help!
