Shipping policy

Welcome! We are currently operating on a 1-2 week processing timeframe and will get your pieces out asap. If you need your items sooner, please reach out so that we may best adjust to fit your timeline.

Once items are shipped, Entangled Root Studio is not responsible for any damage, failed delivery, or theft of your package. That being said, if you encounter a problem we're more than happy to discuss solutions. Please email us at entangledrootstudio@gmail.com to get the conversation started.

We do ship internationally! If you run into trouble checking out, send me a message and I'll make sure your country settings are up to date.
